Ray Baxter Practice Principal

Ray Baxter FCMA spent his early career in medium and large organisations at Financial Director level. He followed that with a ten year entrepreneurial phase when he created four small enterprises, two of which were spectacularly successful. This experience led him to re-invent Accountancy services for small businesses. His team now provide an outsourced Finance Department for successful organisations in NI, Dublin and London.

At the end of 2010, he completed a 2 year term as NI President of his professional body, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is Chairman of CIMA’s Members in Practice Management Panel, a global committee of volunteers looking after self-employed members. He also represents the profession in Ireland as a member of the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies in Ireland. He is a Fellow and past Chair of the Chartered Management Institute and holds the SFEDI Accreditation, the Government recognised UK Standards Setting Body for Business Support and Business Enterprise. He is a member of MENSA.

We agree a monthly fee in advance, so there will be no surprises or uncertainty about charges.
We are available at the end of a phone when you need advice (at no extra charge).
We will assist you to work towards a paperless administration.

We promise that we will “know” your business intimately within the first three months, enabling us to provide exceptional expert advice and mentoring.
Our prices range from £200 (€250) per month for a micro enterprise to £750 (€850) per month for a business employing 50. Both monthly and annual accounts are included
