Meat Processing

We have built up a significant volume of experience working in the meat processing industry. In his early career our Principal Accountant Ray Baxter developed advanced costing systems used by Henry Denny & Sons in Portadown and later saw through the rationalisation of the NI Pork processing as Financial Director of Unipork in Cookstown.

We currently support two beef boning plants in Dublin with a full management accountancy service. We have a range of tools at our disposal which allows us to assist the Directors to understand fully the factors making up their gross profit and to measure the effect of movements in raw material prices, selling prices and volume changes. Changes in fixed costs are also closely monitored. This has resulted in improved decision making and ensured that problems were identified and fixed before they could damage the business.
