We offer a Company formation service for the following jurisdictions:

Normally a Company can be set up with the name of your choice within 2 weeks.

Basic formation includes an electronic (pdf) copy of your Memorandum and Articles.

The Full package includes registration of the Company with the relevant tax authorities and assistance with opening a bank account.

We can also act as Company Secretary for a fee of £150 (€225) per annum.
