New Companies
When setting up new companies we ensure that their chosen name is simultaneously registered with a matching internet name. As Company names are more readily available than internet names, it is worth considering this aspect at the outset.

Example:
A Client was not able to get the internet name to suit his first Company name choice so he decided to register a different name “Chevron Vending Ltd” because the URL www.chevronvending.com was available.

Email
For monthly Clients we will set up your email accounts without charge, so that the only cost will be for registering your chosen name (from £25 €35 pa) or hosting your web site (£100/€150 pa.). An associate company www.designs4biz.com can provide web sites at a very competitive cost.

Remote Access
For monthly Clients who keep their own records on their computer we install a remote access service GoToMyPC provided by Citrix Online. This allows us to check and close the books without interruption of the Client’s invoicing processes. It also allows the owner to access his accounts from anywhere in the world.

The business owner can read his emails, check his sales, check his bank balance or even raise invoices from any internet computer while away from the office.
