Our IT specialist Brian Fraser together with SFEDI certified Small Business Consultant Ray Baxter have 35 years combined experience in IT provision. They will recommend cost effective overall solution incorporating Microsoft based networks infrastructure and a turnkey Accounting system.

Supply of hardware and software

We build all our own PCs and Servers to the Client's agreed specification and install all software and network infrastructure. Typical systems incorporate a Microsoft based server with email services (Server 2003/Exchange or Small Business Server) and QuickBooks 2008 Pro Accountant or Microsoft Accounting 2008.

Accounts integration

Our point of difference with other IT suppliers is our seamless integration with our outsourced Financial Director service. This means we will create your chart of accounts (based on existing codes), post all opening balances into your general ledger, typically from the last set of "filed" accounts and hand over a fully functioning system to your bookkeeper.

Training

We provide initial training on the chosen accounting system. For an experienced Accountig Technician this can initially require only two half days training.

Support

We install a Microsoft VPN link to your server, or if a server is not in place we install Citrix GoToMyPC remote desktop. This allows us to support your hardware, software and bookeeping function from our Belfast base, This is normally coupled with a local third party call out service, Our monthly charge includes unlimited telephone support from our three technicians.

The business owner can read his emails, check his sales, check his bank balance or even raise invoices from any internet computer while away from the office. His bookkeeper can enjoy unlimited help and support with no worries about the gremlins.
