Team position

Ray is responsible for the development and growth of the practice.

He spends 50% of his time on marketing and process improvement and the rest is spent on the road with his larger Clients.


Ray is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the leading Accountancy qualification of the UK and Ireland, and the Chartered Institute of Management.

History

Before setting up his own accountancy practice in 1982, Ray worked for large local and international Companies at Financial Director level. During the period 1982 to 1988, he created and built up a number of small businesses from scratch. He now offers that unique experience to other small businesses.

He is currently Treasurer of the NI Branch of CIMA and serves on the UK Members in Practice Committee. He is also Regional Treasurer for NI of the Federation of Small Businesses and Treasurer of the NI Policy Unit. He is a past Chairman of the CMI.
